To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Standard ships orders from Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipping.
Orders over $50 qualify for free ground shipping within the United States via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. To arrange a return, please submit a return request through our return portal or contact info@standardbrandnewyork.com upon receiving your order.
